Do I have to speak on the phone?
No. It all happens over WhatsApp. You're never on a call.
Can I write to you in English?
Yes. Write however is easiest for you, English or German. I'll make the call in German.
Will the other side know it's not me calling?
I say up front that I'm calling on your behalf. With clinics, hotlines and service providers, that's completely normal.
What if I don't understand the result?
I'll send you a short summary in plain English, and explain it until it's clear.
What kind of calls can I hand over?
Appointments, callbacks, contracts, complaints and the like. No government offices, no emergencies, and no legal, medical or financial advice.
